Update on Covid providing information on prevalence and hospital admissions for England and its regions. This post is best viewed using the browser or Substack app.
This is all very helpful to know, as I have a few decisions coming up re: gatherings, and meeting with people who'll have recently travelled internationally - thank you.
The other striking stuff, COVID-wise, in the Labour manifesto concerns disability policy - we've known since last year that they don't intend to implement the UN CRDP, but their fixation on bundling everyone off to work and lack of mention of PIP has left a lot of people concerned, particularly given the number of people now off with Long COVID. That combined with the lack of pledges on indoor air quality shows a lack of joined-up thinking. It's good that the smaller parties are leading the way on both the COVID-specific and wider disability topics.
Thank you for the update
UKHSA - fecking useless.
Hopefully the Labour govt may show more responsibility for public health
